Past Farleigh pupil and MasterChef semi-finalist, Ollie Hunter, founded Lions Den after a kismet meeting with a Mushroom Man in Snowdon.  He realised that Mushrooms are the Future so decided to sell his award winning pub, and start Lion's Den!

There has been lots of research into the medicinal qualities of fungi, and the huge benefits they have on our health and balancing of the body. Plus the extraordinary and necessary work they do in our soils. Without fungi, there would be no plants, which means no animals or humans, or life as we know it.
